Tom has been a financial planning practitioner
for over 13 years and has helped countless
businesses and individuals better address
their financial planning needs. He believes
that financial planning should be a process
of making sound decisions in the context
of well-defined goals and an integrated
financial plan.

Tom brings a wealth of financial planning
experience to the firm having served as
a Financial Counselor for the U.S. Navy,
a Staff Planner for Boyden Financial and
most recently as a Senior Financial Planner
for Charter New England Agency of Concord.
He holds a Masters Degree in Financial
Services from The American College and
received his Bachelor of Science Degree
from Southern Illinois University. Tom
is a Certified Financial Planner, a member
of the National Association of Personal
Financial Advisors (NAPFA), and a member
of the Financial Planning Association.

Anthony J.
D'Amato, CFP®
Principal and Co-founder of
Chadwick & D'Amato, LLC
Tony has held several positions within
the financial services industry, bringing
over 10 years of banking and investment
experience to the firm. Most recently
he was the Business Development Officer
for a small community bank, responsible
for the sale of deposit, credit and investment
products to business consumers.

Previously he was a Market Research &
Product Development Manager for Concord
Savings Bank, responsible for the research,
design and development of retail products/services
and a Senior Product Analyst at BayBank
Systems, Inc., where he assisted in the
management of a $650 million consumer
loan portfolio.
Tony earned a Master of Business Administration
Degree, With Distinction, from Bentley
College and graduated Cum Laude from the
Whittemore School of Business & Economics
at the University of New Hampshire with
a Bachelor of Science Degree in Business
Administration. Tony is a Certified Financial
Planner and a member of the Financial
Planning Association.
