Investment Advisor providing comprehensive fee-only
financial planning and investment management
services to individuals, businesses and municipalities.
C&D is registered with the U.S. Securities and
Exchange Commission (SEC File #80162604), and
serves clients throughout NH, VT and MA, and
those states in which it is exempt from registering.
We are located at 224 Main Street in beautiful
downtown New London, New Hampshire and offer
a wide array of financial planning services
(see box at right).
Our services are task and action oriented,
based on the ongoing management of a proprietary
approach to financial consulting. Our job is
to improve the financial condition of each client
based on his or her specific situation and individual
needs. We achieve this goal through a variety

A fee-only consulting approach to financial
planning services. We do not receive commissions
or "soft" money from any source (i.e.
income is derived solely from clients,
resulting in completely unbiased, objective
advice)

through formal semi-annual or annual review
meetings. We remain available on a continuous
basis by telephone or email, and frequently
provide feedback and recommendations to
clients based on an internal review of

cycle analysis and macroeconomic factors.
A result of this approach is the development
of a system that captures investment gains,
manages downside risk, and controls/limits
